Bread became our passion at the restaurant, and then grew into its own business. From baking in eight Dutch ovens, to a one-deck bread oven bursting at its seams - the Little Red Hen Bakery continues to expand.
Our Bread
Our bread is naturally leavened using young starter. This results in mild acidity that accentuates the natural flavor of our carefully sourced grains. Each loaf is mixed, weighed & shaped by hand to ensure consistency & a true craft style.
